How long will it take to customise?
Customization typically takes up to 30 minutes of your time. If you need assistance, our support team is available online to guide you through the process.
When will I receive access to analytics?
You'll gain access within 12 hours after successfully customizing your connection.
How is the security organised?
Your security is our top priority. We use the latest methods and technologies to protect your data, including:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use AES-256 encryption, one of the world’s most secure encryption algorithms.
• Access control: We use a role-based access model to ensure that only those who need access to your data have it.
• Monitoring: We use 24/7 monitoring and analytics to detect and prevent suspicious activity.
How will the data be extracted?
Metadata on report usage will be extracted through an Azure App that you'll create. This App requires permissions to be granted for metadata extraction - we provide all details on the next step.
Who will grant the permissions to extract the data?
Your Global Power BI Platform Administrator will need to approve metadata extraction through the Azure application you create. This process is usually straightforward since we're only extracting metadata - and not the data itself.
What source are you using to build analytics?
We strictly use official Microsoft APIs to extract data and log files.
Will you have access to any of the data from the reports?
No, we won't have access to any of the data. Additionally, to analyze report usage you won't need access to the data as well. We work exclusively with metadata, and permissions are provided through your account and global admin approval for metadata extraction.
How long is the trial?
The trial period lasts for 1 month
What happens after 1 month?
If you're happy with the tool, we'll send you a subscription agreement and invoice. If not, no fees will be applied. We may only request your feedback for further improvements.
